We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines, with plans to expand internationally soon.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During launches or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier. Occasional promotions may include complimentary shipping.
Do you offer same-day or express shipping?
Select areas may have access to express delivery options at checkout. Availability depends on your location.

How long will delivery take?
- Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
- Provincial areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, weather, or high-volume periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
What if I’m not available to receive my order?
The courier will typically attempt delivery again. You may also coordinate directly with the courier using your tracking details.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
